Out of the Closet and Into the Fire.

Any man or woman who lives a gay lifestyle will know exactly how insensitive, blinkered or completely unthinking people can be; awkward silences when others ‘find out’ about you, snide comments or jokes behind your back. It all seems to be in a day’s work for anyone who doesn’t fit ‘straight-ly’ into the ‘Mainstream Gender’ box!

Much of this (as you may well already know) is simply down to people feeling uncomfortable or scared. When they come across someone who has different sexual preferences to their own it encroaches on their ‘Safe Zone’.
